BIM Implementation for Marie Curie Multilevel School – Long Bien, Hanoi

Project Overview

The Marie Curie Inter-level School in Long Bien is one of the leading modern educational projects in the capital, with a large scale and high standards in design and construction. The project includes:

• 8 five-story lecture hall buildings

• : Two Administration buildings, 16 stories and 6 stories high.

• : Communal activity courtyard

• 2 sports facilities

• Four-season swimming pool

• 4 sports fields (basketball, football, etc.)

To meet the requirements of synchronized design, accuracy in construction, and optimized progress, BIMBOO was selected as the BIM implementation partner for the Marie Curie Multilevel School

Scope of BIM Implementation

• Developing an architectural BIM model with a level of detail up to LOD 350.

• Producing detailed construction drawings for all architectural components using Autodesk Revit software.
