Project Overview

The BW Nam Hai Project is one of the leading modern industrial parks in Hai Phong, invested by BW Nam Hai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. With a scale of 5.9 hectares, the project requires close coordination among disciplines and high standards in terms of schedule, quality, and technical specifications.

With the goal of ensuring quality and progress, the Investor selected our Industrial BIM Implementation service to apply the most advanced technology solutions for the project.

Scope of BIM Implementation

We carried out the entire Building Information Modeling (BIM) process at LOD 350 for:

• Architecture

• Structure

• MEPF (Mechanical – Electrical – Plumbing – Fire Protection)

• Infrastructure

In addition, the technical team conducted clash detection and resolution between MEPF/infrastructure systems and other disciplines, providing optimal solutions prior to construction.
