Nh\u1eefng tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p kh\u00e1c:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u1edbi c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh kh\u00f4ng thu\u1ed9c \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c, <strong>khuy\u1ebfn kh\u00edch ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ed9ng \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng BIM<\/strong> v\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p t\u1eadp tin BIM nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n c\u1ee7a h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 thi\u1ebft k\u1ebf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Y\u00eau c\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 d\u1eef li\u1ec7u BIM khi n\u1ed9p h\u1ed3 s\u01a1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u1eef li\u1ec7u BIM c\u1ea7n c\u00f3:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u0110\u1ecbnh d\u1ea1ng g\u1ed1c<\/strong> v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u1ea1ng <strong>IFC\u202f4.0<\/strong> (ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u1ea1ng m\u1edf ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dung l\u01b0\u1ee3ng m\u1ed7i t\u1ec7p kh\u00f4ng v\u01b0\u1ee3t qu\u00e1 500\u202fMB<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n <strong>v\u1ecb tr\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng 3 chi\u1ec1u<\/strong>, v\u00e0 <strong>k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc ch\u00ednh<\/strong> c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c b\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn quan tr\u1ecdng.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
